How is it going everyone?  Wanted to drop you a quick spiritual thought that I learned from studying the Book of Mormon.

D&C 68:25

25 And again, inasmuch as parents have children in Zion, or in any of her stakes which are organized, that teach them not to understand the doctrine of repentance, faith in Christ the Son of the living God, and of baptism and the gift of the Holy Ghost by the laying on of the hands, when eight years old, the sin be upon the heads of the parents.

Think about that and then read this...

Alma 42:17

17 Now, how could a man repent except he should sin?  How could he sin if there was no law?  How could there be a law save there was a punishment?

Last one...

2 Nephi 2:11

11 For it must needs be, that there is an opposition in all things.  If not so, my firstborn in the wilderness, righteousness could not be brought to pass, neither wickedness, neither holiness nor misery, neither good nor bad.  Wherefore, all things must needs be a compound in one; wherefore, it it should be one body it must needs remain as dead, having no life neither death, nor corruption nor incorruption, happiness nor misery, neither sense nor insensibility.

Read and study these and think of this...

If we do not teach our stewardship the law they can never sin.  If they can never sin, they can never know joy. If they can never know joy, they will live forever in innocence, without joy or sadness.

So teach your stewardship the law with diligence not just so that the sin falls not upon your head (because were there is no law there is no sin, and who's fault is that if there is no law?) but also so that they can have JOY...

I love you all, make it a great week!!

(and here are a couple of photos to make you happy)

Elder Traveller

This sweet family was baptized last Saturday.  (September 28, 2019)  This family has truly impacted Tyler.  He told me that this is the first family he will look up when he returns to Mexico City to visit.  He loves them so very much, and so do we.

Tyler has made lifelong friends.

Tyler hits up every taco stand he can find.  He LOVES the food in Mexico City!
